On the occasion of the anniversary of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin, the School of Burgundy Wines is offering a weekend entirely dedicated to Burgundy food and wine pairings with two new immersive tasting workshops on Saturday 6, Sunday 7 and exceptionally Monday 8 May 2023.
The School of Burgundy Wines, which has premises in the international city of gastronomy and wine of Dijon, will offer the weekend of May 8, on the occasion of the first anniversary of the city, three workshops dedicated to pairings Burgundy food and wine, including two new ones: Burgundy wine and cheese pairings and Burgundy sweet and wine pairings.
Workshops pairing cheeses & white wines from Burgundy
An initiation around five cheeses and five white Burgundy wines to decipher under what conditions the two elements enhance each other. Goat’s cheese or cow’s cheese, discover how the white wines of Burgundy reveal and reveal themselves in this traditional alliance at the end of the meal.

Vintage Workshop
A workshop that allows you to understand how the climatic conditions of the year are decisive on the quality of the harvest, the taste profile and the aging potential of the wine. A participative initiation through a vertical tasting of the same village appellation on three recent successive vintages, in immersion by the image in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard thanks to a 360° projection.
