After several attempts, le-bourguignon.fr has finally found the wines that meet its specifications in the north of Burgundy for 2 very interesting appellations: – A very beautiful Irancy 2010, wine aged 11 months in oak barrels. Very typical of the appellation, it has an additional dimension thanks to a perfectly mastered breeding. – A Saint-Bris. Particularity in white wine for Burgundy, Saint-Bris is made not with Chardonnay, but with Sauvignon. Very interesting because it will have very different aromas, while being vinified in burgundy.
