The cellars are labelled following an audit, conducted in particular by an independent specialized firm. "If this audit verifies the criteria for access to the national Label Vignobles & Découvertes, it goes much further: it also evaluates the quality of the reception with a score out of 100 (it takes at least 80 to be retained). At the end of the audit, valuable advice is given for a continuous improvement of the offer", recalls the interprofession. This booklet is classified by region, from the Mâconnais to the Chablisien via the Côte de Nuits. For each address, the languages spoken as well as the possibilities of accommodation and catering are indicated. A guide also available in paper version, with its fold-out map, in all tourist offices of Burgundy. To be found in this link.
