St Vincent Tournante 2014

Saint Vincent Tournante is an event created in 1938 by the Brotherhood of the Knights of Tastevin. Its purpose is to celebrate solidarity and unity between the winegrowers of each Burgundy village. All winegrowers then turn to their Patron Saint, Saint Vincent. This festival is customary to be held on the last weekend of January, and is "rotating" because each year a different village in Burgundy organizes it. In this new year 2014 the Saint Vincent Tournante takes place in Saint-Aubin, on January 25 and 26. Saint-Aubin is located in the south of the Côte de Beaune and produces excellent white wines, the famous "Saint-Aubin".
