2015, at the highest!

This time it's there, the beginning of the harvest and the first analyzes confirm what everyone in Burgundy noticed without daring to believe it: 2015 will undoubtedly be a very very great vintage in Burgundy, especially in red wines. The Pinot Noirs on foot are magnificent, in an impeccable sanitary condition, and especially with record sugar levels: we happily exceed 13 °, or even 13.5 ° in many appellations villages of Burgundy! Another sign that does not deceive and reveals exceptional years: the richness of the color, with hues already very marked on juice just returned. The harvest conditions are also ideal: dry but not hot weather, which allows an immaculate harvest to enter without having a premature trigger of fermentation. In short, we will have to think about reserving the bottles of 2015, because unfortunately the quantities of harvest are not them, again not at the rendezvous!
